PREACHING AND TEACHING THE GOSPEL WITHOUT TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE!

ARE THE PREACHERS OF THE CHURCHES OF CHRIST WILLING TO BE DIFFERENT AND CORRECT IN THEIR TEACHING AND PREACHING?  WE SOUND LIKE EVERYONE ESLE!  IS THIS THE TREND? I DON'T LIKE IT!

Every evangelist and preacher of the Church of Christ knows (I hope) that The New Testament body (church) of Christ began with the Apostles and disciples on the Day of Pentecost  Read it for yourself in Acts 2:1-47.

I'm not hearing that teaching anymore!

The Scriptures clearly teach that there is only one body (church) of Christ in the New Testament. Read it for yourself in Ephesians 1:22-2; 4:4-6.

Denominationalism and sectarianism is a part of man's religious language and appetite, not the Lord's. It's in the Bible, but God condemns it. Read it for yourself in I Corinthians 1:10-17.

The human race has divided man religiously by inventing his own scheme of redemption. There is only one plan in the New Testament. Read it for yourself in Ephesians 4:4-6.

Members of the church of the New Testament are to be known as Christians. Don't tag another name on me, please! Read it for yourself in Acts 11:26.

You cannot place membership in the Churches of Christ. You must be added to His church by the Lord after you are saved. Read it for yourself in Acts 2:37-47.

What I am hearing from preachers today frightens me!

I'm hearing more of a social Gospel with social news  and a social and community relational and "don't offend me" hour from the social pulpit on each social Sunday.

"For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ"  Galatians 1:10
